    DAVE O’ROURKE

    25+ years of Executive Operations and M&A experience with Fortune 500 companies like GE and Expedia, midsize companies like Spacenet, Convio, and Gilat, and start-up companies like HomeAway and Trillion Partners, along with serving 6 years in the United States Air Force.

    GUY RAPAPORT

    25+ years experience in technology and software development. MBA in Mathematics and Computer Science and former CTO at Verint. An innovator who’s infatuated with ML/AI, data analytics, conversational analytics and automation. Technologist at heart with a strong product and business drive.

  • MATT FITZGERALD

    20+ years in product strategy within the FinTech and Retail Industries. MS in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Finance. Formerly with Accenture, Best Buy, and most recently the head of InComm Payments “Affinity” promotional FinTech division.

  • WILL MCCAIN

    15+ years in cloud, customer care tech and GTM strategy & execution. Served as VP of global sales for Concentrix Customer Interaction Technology group. Built the global public sector Amazon Connect business serving as sales and GTM leader. Proven history of leadership in the CX and cloud solutions space.

  • JAY YERAS

    24+ years in technology leadership, steering engineering, solutions architecture, and business development at the likes of Genesys, Snyk, and AWS. A leader in innovation, he co-founded Amazon Connect’s partner program and led strategic initiatives like AWS’s Partner DevOps.

  • KENNEDY PEREIRA

    20+ years in technology, telecom and AI, delivering scaled success in enterprise software sales and channel management. He has built strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, CCaaS and UCaaS leaders, ISVs, value added resellers, and systems integrators including Amazon, Presidio, Cisco, WWT, Genesys and Five9.
